As such, we operate a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System, whereby all our policies and procedures meet requirements of The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 as well as accreditations relevant to our business, including ISO 45001:2018.

All employees are required to embrace our ‘Bell Safe’ Initiative which creates and promotes a collaborative approach to Health and Safety throughout the business. We strongly believe in developing an environment where people aren’t forced to comply with guidance and instruction, but want to!

Our Core Training for all employees throughout the Company provides cultural reinforcement in line with our Bell-Safe initiative, discussing our company ethos and approach to health and safety in the workplace, and the measurements in place to implement these.
