Works being undertaken include Cyclical External Decoration and pre-paint repairs throughout the Derby area. Working with mutual trust and cooperation facilitates the achievement of the project objectives and continual improvement.  Any arising difficulties are rectified early. The collaborative relationship between Derby Homes and Bell Group has ensured it is a success, with both parties remaining committed to continual improvement and customer’s satisfaction.

Operation Paint Run

Bell Group is committed to recycling and reducing any negative impact we may have on the environment. With this in mind, we launched Operation Paint-Over.

This initiative takes our surplus, reusable paint and puts it to good use by finding it a good home.  Working in collaboration with our contract partners PPG, Bell Group collected over 300 litres of paint, that we pledged to deliver free of charge to the local community.

Bell Group Apprenticeship Scheme

We would like to thank all contributers to our 2013 recruitment drive for apprentices, as a result we employed 39 new starts at trade level and a further 5 in office based roles. 45 of our existing apprentices graduated this year taking our total number of current apprentices to 179.

We think its more important than ever to invest time in our craftsmen. Bell Group have a commitment to traditional values of time served tradesmen, apprenticeship schemes and skills learned over years, not weeks.
